What is Motiweights?

Account Issues

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by tapping “Forgot Password” on the login screen and following the instructions sent to your email. If you are logged in, you can also change your password by going to Settings > Account > Change Password.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.

Troubleshooting

The app crashes when I try to open it

Try the following steps:

  1. Close all background apps
  2. Restart your device
  3. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version
  4. If the issue persists, please contact us with details about your device and OS version

My workouts aren’t saving correctly

Make sure you have a stable internet connection when saving workouts. If you’re still experiencing issues, try logging out and back in to refresh your session.
