Delete your account

You can delete your Motiweights account on this page, without the app. In the Motiweights app, the same is under Settings → Delete account.

How it works

1. Enter the email address or phone number you sign in with.
2. We send it a 6-digit code, to make sure the account is yours.
3. Enter the code and choose Delete my account.

Your account is deleted at once. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your sign-in details (email address, phone number and linked sign-in accounts), your face template, any enrolment photos not yet processed, your notification settings and your pending confirmations. Your face template is removed from our servers immediately, and from the systems in participating gyms shortly afterwards.

What is kept

Records of your workouts and the movement data recorded while you trained are kept in a form that is no longer linked to you, in order to improve the Service. Deleted data may remain in routine backups for a limited period. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
